The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant mailboxes that are located in a mailroom on the first floor. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the mailroom. USPS assigns all mailboxes, administers mailbox keys and changes mailbox locks. In order to have a mailbox assigned for your suite, please take a copy of your Lease Agreement to the USPS post office located at 20403 Encino Ledge, San Antonio, Texas 78259 and request a mailbox assignment for your suite. USPS typically charges a fee for mailbox keys and mailbox lock changes.
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Deliveries for Sonterra Medical Park Buildings I, II, III, and IV take place in the back of the buildings. The entrance to the lot is located off of East Sonterra Boulevard. Freight deliveries must utilize the back parking lot and the back door of the building located at Sonterra Medical Park Buildings I, II, III, and IV. Loading dock deliveries are restricted to trucks less than 10 feet in height. Delivery vehicles over 10 feet in height must park curbside at Sonterra Medical Park Buildings I, II, III, and IV. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
